Reporting Offences

Hello Resident

Please ensure you are reporting all offences to us.

By informing us of problems in your community can assist us in providing supporting evidence to facilitate us requesting additional patrols from other departments.

If we can identify the suspect then we can put the offence(s) to them.

Recently officers dealt with a prolific shoplifter, but was able to link them to a Vehicle Interference which had been filed we was able to interview them about the offence and charge them.

We know sometimes it can be time consuming reporting matters however it is in your best interests so that we have a true reflection of the issues in the area.

I have attached a useful guide on how you can report matters to us online this can take 10-15 mintues.

Remember, if you come across a crime or observe anti-social behaviour that does not require an emergency response, please call 101 or Live Chat at www.west-midlands.police.uk.

In case of emergencies, please dial 999. To report a crime anonymously, you can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or visit www.crimestoppers-uk.org

Regards
