Street link is a radio system that provides businesses in Erdington the facility to direct communication proactively. It's alerts one another in relation to anti-social behaviour or attempted crime as it happens.

WMP do have access to this radio and when the local police team are on duty they also carry a radio.

WMP are currently in the process of trying to get CCTV linked to the radio network and our police control.

Street link is a great opportunity to be linked together so that communication can occur between stores. If a shoplifter is known this can be transmitted, all radio users can be altered, hopefully this would be prior to them approaching your shop.
