Dear Resident

Sometime on 15th December unknown suspects entered the driveway of a property on Brighouse & Denholme Road, BD13 and went through an unlocked gate. They went to back of the house where a quad was stored under a tarpaulin. The quad was secured to a security bolt which was anchored into the ground. They managed to free the quad and make off with it unseen.
