E-Scooter Seizures

Following on from advice previously given by Derbyshire Constabulary on using E Scooters we are re issuing this advice following 3 recent seizures by PCSO’s at Swadlincote.

We know there are some people who disagree and believe these should be legal to use in public- we cannot change this. If you own one or have recently purchased one as a gift for someone for Christmas, the full explanation is via this link- https://orlo.uk/pIMZ7

We do normally get asked why it is ok to use an E Bike the answers to this are via this link. https://orlo.uk/TVb3x

To avoid confusion and seizure of your E Scooter- they can only be ridden on private land.
