On Friday 20th December 2024 a mini moto has been seized and the male rider has been reported for riding without any third party insurance and driving otherwise in accordance of a licence. This vehicle is believed to have previously been riding around the Kennington area causing anti - social behaviour concerns to local residents. A section 59 warning will also be issued to the rider at a later date. | ||||
