THEFT OF TELEHANDLER


 

Between the 16th December 2024 and the 21st Decemeber 2024 a MANITOU MT1530 TELEHANDLER Machine was stolen from the RAWCLIFFE Area.

 If you have any information relating to this incident, please contact Humberside Police on 101 Quoting Log 0275 of the 21st DECEMBER 2024.

Please check around any remote sheds/ outbuildings for machinery that may have been abandoned.

Alternatively call Crimestopper's anonymously on 0800 555 111.

If you own Plant Machinery, please ensure they are secured to reduce the opportunity for thieves. 

Remember the 3 x R's of Rural Crime Prevention:

RECORD - Record serial numbers, make/model, descriptions and photographs of your vehicles and equipment

REPORT - Report suspicious behavior (vehicles and people) and crimes even if you feel there is nothing that can be done

REVIEW - Review your farm and home security, can it be improved?

To assist us in identifying stolen property please consider property marking high value items using Forensic Marking or UV pens.  You are also advised to register property at www.immobilise.com which is a free on-line property register used by police forces nationwide to reunite stolen goods to their owners. All you have to do is register on-line and then upload properties electrical items serial numbers.

Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity at night to police on 999.
