E-Scooter seizure

On Friday, Officers from your local SNT seized two E-scooters in North Wingfield which were being ridden illegally.

Currently, it’s illegal to ride an e-scooter on public roads, footpaths, cycle paths or any other public place. E-scooters can only be ridden on private land, with the land owners permission.

Please read up on e-scooters and the law around them on our website: Advice on e-scooter usage | Derbyshire Constabulary

Stay Safe
