Message from Pc 476 Armstrong

Today officers have been out in the Scunthorpe Town center area in plain clothes. They have been paying particular attention to the High Street. One female was seen hiding items up her sleeve and unfortunately for her, she did not expect officers outside waiting for her. She was therefore arrested and dealt with for shop theft.
