Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling Overnight Sunday 29 to Monday 30 December in George Street, Hucknall, a ground floor bedroom window was forced open but no attempt was made to enter. Overnight Sunday 29 to Monday 30 December in George Street, Hucknall, a property was accessed through a living room window. A wallet containing bank cards, drivers licence and ID cards was stolen along with two mobile phones and an x-box. At 10.12pm on Monday 30 December in Orchard Street, Hucknall, a male intruder walked into a property in Orchard Court through an open door. He was confronted by the owner, who called the police, and an argument ensued. The police arrived and an arrest was made. Burglary Other Nothing to Report Theft of motor vehicle Nothing to Report Theft from motor vehicle At 9.20pm on Wednesday 1 January in Newstead Terrace, Hucknall, a white Audi A3 three door saloon car was broken into by a male and a female. Theft Nothing to Report Criminal Damage Between 4.00pm on Tuesday 31 December and 11.43am on Wednesday 1 January in Edgewood Drive, Hucknall, the glass in an external door to the school dining area was smashed but remained in place. ASB At 11.18am on Friday 27 December in Orchard Street, Hucknall, a quad bike was unloaded from a van in the Titchfield Court car park by two adults. It was then ridden at speed around the car park area by a male teenager. At 2.35pm on Friday 27 December in Maori Avenue, Hucknall, four or five, approximately 14 year old, youngsters were hanging around a garage area and setting a small fire. At 10.11am on Sunday 29 December in Dorey Way, Hucknall, at least two off-road bikes were reported being ridden on footpaths and bridleways. At 5.53pm on Monday 30 December in Edgewood Drive, Hucknall, around five youths were seen climbing over the fence into the school grounds. Some then proceeded to climb onto the school roof. At 7.34pm on Monday 30 December in West Street, Hucknall, flashing lights were seen in the disused former Seven Stars Public House. Three youths, 14 to 15 years old, were inside the building and one had a metal pole he was using to smash things up. One – 5-09”, short brown hair, wearing a grey sweater. A second -- 5-08”, dark brown hair wearing dark clothing.
