Police online ref: DP-88-25-0101-IR

A burglary took place in the early hours of this morning, Thursday 2nd January 2025 at 0406hrs approx on LINDEN AVENUE on the even side, in the vicinity of the junction with Chudleigh Way.

A tool was used to force entry into the porch of the property, but fortunately no further progress was made.

Two suspects were seen on CCTV coming from the direction of Chudleigh Way, and were then seen returning that way.

Action required please:

Do you live in the surrounding roads and do you have CCTV or video doorbell footage that may help?  Did the suspects make an attempt on any other property?  Did the suspects perhaps park a vehicle in Chudleigh Way or other nearby road?  Any information at all would be of use to the police please, including any vehicle seen at this time (even colour and direction of travel is of use).

Were these suspects perhaps active elsewhere on your ward overnight?  It's important to report all crime so that incidents can potentially be tied together by the police.
