Good evening.

Just a little message to say please be aware that there is a likelihood of roads throughout the valley being icy, especially where water has run down from fields and steep side streets onto main roads.

Take extra care should you be driving tonight.  Make sure that your vehicle is roadworthy with plenty of fuel and tyres inflated to the correct pressure for the conditions.  A torch and blanket may be a good idea, too.  Wear something warm and waterproof just in case.
