I'm writing this Hampshire Alert message to everyone around Chalk Hill, West End. 

Whilst I was on cycle patrol riding up Chalk Hill I saw a car blocking the pavement, I stopped to deal with this and a resident came out to say it’s been there since before Christmas. Having knocked a few doors, I couldn’t find the owner and quite a few neighbours were annoyed with the car.

Having done a vehicle check on the car I have traced the owner and found 2 numbers both of these were old and no good. Today I have attended the address in central Southampton and managed to get hold of the owner who advises the car was broken down and she was unable to move it. She has now instructed a garage to recover the car, this should happen on Tues 7th Jan. 

If the car is still there after Tuesday, please reply to this email and let me know and I will chase this up.
