Crime reference: CAD5072/05JAN2025

A burglary took place this evening Sunday 5 January 2025 between 1950hrs and 1954hrs in ST GEORGES DRIVE on the odd side of the long stretch just before the road bends right towards Copthall Road West.

The burglars gained entry by smashing a front door panel and were in the property for a short period.

They made off towards Greenacres Avenue and then in the direction of Breakspear Road South in a vehicle, details of which are currently unknown.

Action required please:

Did you see or hear anything?  Do you have CCTV or a video doorbell that may identify their vehicle by make, model, colour or direction of travel further out?  Please contact the police on 101 or file an online report HERE using the above Crime reference number.

Perhaps you noticed suspicious activity earlier in the evening inanother part of Ickenham which may be of relevance?

Always make your property look occupied.  Make sure that you have a visible intruder alarm and that you set it every time you leave.  Install CCTV and/or a video doorbell and link them to your smartphone if at all possible.
