This vehicle was seized this afternoon in the Pickersleigh area of Malvern after PCSO Bullock spotted the owner driving it with a provisional driving license and with no license holding passenger.

PC Olczak located the vehicle shortly after and it was seized. The vehicle also had no insurance and no tax.
