PCSO's In The Community

Yesterday, PCSO’s Coe and Arveda were out across the Burmantofts and Richmond Hill ward engaging with communities, attending local provisions.

First stop was at a local food bank provision held at St Cyprians Church Hall, where DWP and Money Buddies were also present at the session, to provide communities with support and advice in relation to monetary matters including benefits, budgeting, saving, debt advice and much more.

The second stop they visited St Agnes Church Hall, for the ‘Warm Spaces’ session, which is held every Monday from 10am – 3pm, until the end of March. They received a warm welcome from volunteers and residents at each venue and look forward to returning in the near future, to speak with more members of the local community.
