Hambleton District - Focus for dark nights crime prevention 

Although we have past the shortest day, it is still very dark in an evening...... don’t let burglars take advantage of the darkness! 

Burglars are often opportunistic thieves who prey on homes, looking through insecure doors and windows at nighttime. Anything valuable they may spot will only spur them on. 

Your local Neighbourhood Policing Team are on-hand to help keep you safe. We will be in your area to offer security advice to protect your home, answer any questions or concerns you may have, and provide you with free socket timers and shed and window alarms. 

On Wednesday 8th January 2025 we will be with colleagues from North Yorkshire Council  - Community Safety Hub and Broadacres Housing Association at:

Northallerton Market, High Street, Northalleton
