Following the burglaries reported on the 5th Jan in the Shelton area, officers have patrolled the streets around Boughey Road this evening. We have also been knocking on residents doors  and engaging with the community this afternoon around Newlands Street and the surrounding area up to Stoke Train Station.

We have also patrolled around the University campus.

We have had no further burglaries reported as yet, but please remain vigilant and make sure both the front and rear doors are locked. Take a look at the link below for crime prevention advise.
