Dear residents - Further to my message yesterday, the front office at Barton Police Station is open every Monday between 12-noon and 8pm. Apologies for any confusion.

We regularly see comments on social media suggesting Barton Police Station isn't staffed.  So, who's based at Barton Police Station?

- Response Officers - You'll be pleased to know Barton Police Station is home to two Response Officers who cover Barton and surrounding areas 24-7, 365 days per year.

- The Barton Neighbourhood Team - PC Chris HOWSON, PCSO Tracy DYAS, and PCSO Sabina STEFANESCU are your Neighbourhood Team.  We're all very approachable and happy to be contacted about local issues you might be having, or to visit any community groups you're involved with.  Just ask!  We try our best to do as much foot patrol as possible, but please bear in mind that whilst this makes us more visible, this reduces the time we have to investigate reported crime, visit victims or the more vulnerable members of our community, plus other engagements.

- The Burton & Winterton Neighbourhood Team - PC Darrell BRIGHT and PCSO Amelie SMITH are also based at Barton Police Station.

- The Ferry Ward Neighbourhood Team (Barrow to South Killingholme) - PC Lewis CALL and PCSO Richard LAWSON are based at Barton Police Station.

- Barton Front Office - Debbie, a civilian member of staff, covers Barton's front office four days each week.  Again, Debbie is very approachable and more than happy to answer any queries or questions, regardless of how petty they may feel.  If in doubt - just ask! Please visit the Station during the opening hours shown in this message.
