Afternoon Folks,

We are still receiving calls from road users who have ventured out and got stuck. Although it has improved today, there are still side roads and rural roads that are very icy. LCC have confirmed they will be out again this evening treating the roads but please be careful and only go out if necessary. Please visit Gritting - Lancashire County Council for updates.

Remember to take warm clothing with you - even if it is a 5 minute journey, you may need them!
