Dear Residents, Billesley Neighbourhood Team hope you and your families have had a lovely Christmas and New Year! Here is a quick update on how 2025 has commenced on the Billesley Ward! Reported crimes (25/12/24 – 14/01/25) – Theft of Motor Vehicle – 11 Theft of Stall – 5 Burglary – 5 GOOD NEWS Recovered stolen moped. When the vehicle was spotted, two males made off on foot, but were located with the assistance from the Dog Unit. Both males were arrested with the owner of the vehicle made aware and soon to be reunited. A big thank you to,
Brandwood Neighbourhood Team for tackling the cannabis factory within our ward. Kings Norton Impact Team, Dog Unit and Drones for helping to arrest two offenders and reuniting a victim with their stolen property. And a BIG thank you to the residents that have stopped and spoken to us over the past few weeks. Look out for:
Billesely PCSOs will be visiting local care homes, religious establishments and retail areas – If you see us, come and have a chat. Billesley officers are going to arrange ‘Cuppa with a copper’. We will keep you posted with information.
