PCSO’s were out across the Burmantofts and Richmond Hill ward yesterday, delivering school inputs to reception classes at Shakespeare and Saint Patricks Primary schools.

St Patricks young people had a super assembly learning about Bobby Bear, what the police do in the community, the police uniform and they enjoyed trying on the mini-police uniforms.

Shakespeare Primary young people learnt about how the PCSO’s help to keep the community safe and people who help us.

The children across both primary schools asked some fantastic questions, were polite and a credit to their schools. A special thank you to both schools for welcoming in the PCSO’s, who look forward to returning in the future.
