Adam Parkinson was arrested on suspicion of 4 x theft from shops and stalls and 1 burglary other than in a dwelling in and around Burnley Town Centre.

On the 14th of January he entered a guilty plea in court and was sentenced to 4 months in prison.

He was granted a Criminal Behaviour Order in court with the following conditions valid for 2 years

Not to enter Kitchens Petrol Station, Tesco's Finsley Gate,  TKMAXX, Home Bargains, Game and JD Sports

We work hard to support retail premises in the area and obtain these orders in order to reduce shoplifting.
