Good news –

On Tuesday 14th January 2025, officers from Greater Manchester Police were called to a potential burglary in progress with an offender attempting to syphon fuel from a vehicle on Werneth Road, Stockport. Officers were passed a description of a lone male dressed all in black with a reflective strip on his coat. Upon police arrival, a male, the offender was detained. Male was arrested for vehicle interference and driving whilst disqualified. The suspect has since been charged and bailed to attend court.
