Good Evening West Lancashire, 

The area is experiencing a large amount of Anti-social behaviour from off-road bikes and always have been. 

I have been out conducting foot patrols in and around various areas of Skelmersdale and while out and about I had encountered a large Quad-Bike with red plastics and black features with a black box to the rear. 

There has been two white male's with local accents riding on this quad and unfortunately they had made off after failing to comply with police requests. 

This Quad is being used to damage the local area, green spaces and ‘Joy-ride’ throughout Skelmersdale. This Quad was failing to display any VRM (Registration) making this an illegal bike. The Driver and rider both failed to comply and provided any form of driving licence and both concealed their identities. 

If there is anyone out there who can provide any details or information of this bike, riders or location that it is being stored then you can provide us with this information by replying directly to this In The Know message. 

I have attached a screenshot of the area in which the Quad bike has been seen and reported during today's tour of duty. 

If you reside in this area, I would encourage you to be vigilant and aware of your little ones when walking around and to report the sightings of this off-road bikes and any others.

Although the image is extremely below standard, I have attached them for individuals to reference for future sightings and to encourage those who can report this vehicle to us to do so!
