Dear Residents

We are receiving a lot of calls regarding people parking on pavements on Freckleton Street Kirkham

The big issue is up by the traffic light junction next to the Bypass 

The vehicles are blocking pedestrians right of way and children are having to step into the roadway as no room is left 

This is not acceptable and we will be looking at this and vehicle owners will be spoken with

Parking Services have been made aware
