Between 23:00 on Monday 13/01/25 and 08:00 on Tuesday 14/01/25,  unknown offenders attempted to gain access to a white Ford Transit van, registration beginning EK71, parked at a residential property on Cricket Lane, Lichfield.  The offender drilled a 10 mm diameter hole near to the lock on the drivers side door in order to gain entry to the vehicle, however this was unsuccessful not nothing was taken from the van.  If anyone has any information about this incident, please contact Staffordshire Police on 101 or via the Staffordshire police website www.staffordshire.police.uk and quote the above log reference.
