Dear Resident,

This evening, Pc Mosley and I conducted speed enforcements within Haverstoe, Humberston and New Waltham Ward in a bid to address our Ward priority.

Due to increases in road traffic collisions in our Force area, we were concentrating on the following, namely: 

Whilst conducting the speed enforcement we noticed that the vast number of drivers were compiling with all traffic regulations, however there were a small number of drivers that we have had cause to stop and subsequently deal with.

We have noticed that the local gritters are out which subsequently means that temperatures will fall and that the road conditions will become trickier to navigate. We would like to urge drivers to drive accordingly to the conditions of the road and allow more time for your journey.

Your local policing team will be completing several policing operations over the coming months in a bid to address this activity and reduce any casualties.
