There has unfortunately been a residential burglary in the Burton Close area of Harby, this occurred between 23:30 on Wednesday 15th January and 01:30 Thursday 16th January. We are appealing for witnesses who may have CCTV/Dash Cam or any information to assist with our enquiries. If you can help please send a reply here or call 101 quoting crime reference 25000028591.

On a more positive note, we received a report of a theft of a camper van in the Harby area which occurred between 20:00 Wednesday 15th January and 12:00 Thursday 16th January and with good communication with other forces the vehicle was stopped and recovered by officers in another force area and a male arrested from the vehicle. Our officers travelled across  3 counties to bring the prisoner to our custody suite. The investigation is ongoing.
