There has been in increase in thefts from vehicles across Pateley Bridge and Nidderdale area. Please be vigilant and ensure you secure your vehicle. 

These thefts can occur both day and night and are opportunistic in nature. Thieves are targeting both vans and cars. Be particularly careful when parking your vehicle in isolated areas during the day (example dog walking) and never leave anything on show.
