E-Scooter riders beware....
This E-Scooter was stopped with two people on it, riding up and down pavements and putting both the rider/pillion & members of the public at risk.
The rider has been issued with a section 59 warning meaning that if they do the same again in the next 12 months then we will seize the scooter without further warning.
These scooters are NOT legal on Leicestershire roads and as part of the new priority on the #BardonBeat, we will be looking to educate & enforce where appropriate.
