We would like to remind all residents to stay vigilant against online phone scams, which continue to target individuals in our area. 

Here are some tips to protect yourself: 

1. If you receive an expected call, email or message asking for personal information, payment or bank details, don't provide it without verification. 

2. Scammers pressure you to act immediately. Take your time and think carefully before responding. 

3. Legitimate organizations will never ask for payment through gift cards, or wire transfers. 

4. Report Suspicious Activity: If you believe you've been targeted or scammed, report it through the Police 101 or Action Fraud.
