Dear Resident,

We have received a report of a motorcycle driving anti-socially on CELL BARNES LANE, ST ALBANS towards SPRINGFIELD ROAD and then in the direction of DELLFIELD between 09:45am and 10:00am on Monday 21st January 2025. We believe that the driver of this motorcycle was wearing a balaclava and dark clothing with no helmet.
