We have received several calls this morning from the telephone kiosk on Victoria Road between 00:13 and 00:23

The line was silent and no request for help was made.  Please can you let me know if you have seen any suspicious activity at the location or if you have CCTV that covers the kiosk.  Your help is greatly appreciated.
