Welcome to Neighbourhood Watch.    I am pleased to see that you are looking to start up a new scheme in Harlestone Park.   My name is Nick Hamp, and I am the lead for NHW in South Northants.

To get you started, I need to ask you to sign, scan and return the attached agreement, it is basically data protection, as a coordinator you will have access to the names, addresses, emails and telephone number of members.  This form cover our GDPR requirements.    If you could return it to me at nick.hamp@gmail.com

Once thats with me, I can authorise the scheme.  At that point it would be a good idea if we have a chat on the telephone about the support we can offer to you, to get your scheme up running.   We have around 70 schemes in South Northants and the coordinators are invited to periodic meetings to learn from each other and share ideas etc.  So there is support for new schemes. 

I have also attached a brochure which gives more information about the role of a coordinator, and we can discuss any questions you might have when we talk. 

I am going to be out the country from 26th Jan for 2 weeks, so if I dont reply straight away, I will get back to you as soon as I am back.
