While on patrol I spotted a vehicle parked on the highway in a very dangerous and unroadworthy condition.

The owner was visited and asked to remove the offending vehicle. He was warned that the vehicle might be lifted if he did not move it.

The owner did not comply with the request. The council was therefore notified. The vehicle was later removed from the street.
