Paws On Patrol Launch

Good Evening,

This is a quick email to remind you all of the launch of our new scheme ‘PAWS ON PATROL’ .

A reminder of what the scheme is:

This will be the chance for local dog walkers in the Canterbury area to sign up to the scheme and become the ‘eyes and ears’ for Kent Police and help feed back any information of unusual or suspected criminal activity that they see take place whilst out walking with their four-legged friends, using this feedback Kent Police will be able to target specific people and places. Residents will be able to join the group for Paws on Patrol via My Community Voice using the QR code attached or by replying to this message. Updates will be sent out to this group which members will be able to reply to via direct private message to the local beat officers, these messages will not be able to be seen by anybody else other then officers.

We shall be meeting for a ‘walk and talk’ at Westgate Towers, Canterbury at 12:00 today (22/01/25) and will be heading along the river walk in both directions.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Kind regards

PC Emily Jones
