We are seeking the public's assistance regarding some incidents in Hoop Mill, Hadley.

A few homeowners have reported that their bins have been stolen/taken by unknown males in the early hours of the morning throughout this month and on one occasion a slimy substance was thrown over the rear of a vehicle. The males are described as wearing grey hooded tracksuits with black backpacks on. So far they have taken food bins and thrown them onto the middle pool when it was frozen and are taking the larger bins over the foot bridge on the A442 and throwing them over the side (not onto the road).
