Good afternoon all, 

The Westhoughton Neighbourhood Team were up and out early this morning to execute a drugs warrant at an address on Hindley Road. Officers were supported by specialist officers from Bolton's Neighbourhood Tasking Team who assisted us in gaining entry. 

Officers seized a quantity of cannabis, THC vapes and cash from the address to support the information received that the occupants were involved in the supply of drugs. A 41 year old male was arrested for possession of Class B drugs with intent to supply. The male has been interviewed and bailed from custody. Officers will now continue with the investigation which involves forensic examination of the items seized and consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service.
