Residents in the Radbrook area are advised to be aware of potential rogue traders who are cold calling at properties.  

Three males aged between 18yrs and 22 yrs travelling in a small white Ford van have frequented the area purporting to be from a company called All-Guard Roofing.  The males, possibly of eastern European origin, have been cold calling on householders and alleging apparent faults/necessary repairs needed to the roof.  At one location, a minor repair was highlighted only for further repairs to be disclosed and an over-inflated quote was given.  The males can be persistent and will make the householder feel pressured into allowing the work to be carried out.  

Householders are advised not to enter into any negotiation with these traders and under no circumstances should you allow them into your property.
