I am the local officer for Adeyfield. 

There is a male driver who is revving his vehicle engine after 11pm in your area.

This is causing inconvenience to the neighbourhood. 

I am aware this particular vehicle has a modified exhaust system that is excessively loud. 

Please if you hear a vehicle revving its engine which is loud and constant between the hours 11pm to 7am, please let us via 101 so an officer can be dispatched to the scene and take necessary police action.
