Please be aware that between the hours of 17:00hrs on the 24/01/25 and 08:00hrs on the 27/01/25 unknown offenders have broken into the oil tank at St Helens Church, Skipwith and have stolen around £100 worth of oil. 

The unknown offenders have sawn through the bolts and the locks have been prised off costing a considerable amount of damage. 

Please stay vigilant, especially if you have a property with an oil tank. Your local police team are aware and have the area on their patrol plan.
