Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling At 6.30pm on Saturday 25 January in Coxmoor Road, a house was entered via a smashed patio door on a balcony and an untidy search made. At 5.19pm on Monday 27 January in Willowbridge Court, Willowbridge Lane, Sutton in Ashfield, a white male, 5-09”, dark hair and beard was seen at the open door to a flat. After he left the occupant notice that things had been moved in the living room. Nothing was taken. Burglary Other At 4.27am on Wednesday 29 January in Sandown Road, Sutton in Ashfield, a caller reported youths were breaking into his garage and a red Polaris quad bike was stolen. They left in a silver Volvo XC40, driven by someone in dark clothing and a balaclava. The car turned into Coxmoor Road. Theft of motor vehicle Nothing to report Theft from motor vehicle Nothing to report Theft Between 6.15am and 6.50am on Friday 24 January at the Lammas Leisure Centre, Lammas Road, Sutton in Ashfield, a black Parka style coat, with house keys in a pocket, was stolen from an unsecured locker. Criminal Damage Between 11.30am on Saturday 25 and 8.00am on Sunday 26 January in Cross Row, Stanton Hill, Sutton in Ashfield, a kitchen window was smashed. Between 9.00pm on Saturday 25 and 2.00pm on Sunday 26 January in Elder Street, Skegby, Sutton in Ashfield, the drivers side front and rear tyres on a white Hyundai i10 car were slashed. Between 10.00pm on Saturday 25 and 4.00pm on Sunday 26 January in Elder Street, Skegby, Sutton in Ashfield, the front passenger side and rear drivers side tyres of a white Mazda car were slashed. At 12.17am on Sunday 26 January in Outram Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a violent white male customer, 5-08”, dark black hair and a beard, wearing a blue tracksuit, smashed the window of Farmhouse Pizza and Chicken. He was accompanied by a second male, 5-08” with light coloured hair. They walked off towards the New Cross Public House. Overnight Sunday 26 / Monday 27 January in The Oval, Sutton in Ashfield the back window of a black Seat Tarraco car was smashed and all four tyres slashed. Violence against the person At 8.29pm on Sunday 26 January in the Co-op store, Mansfield Road, Skegby, Sutton in Ashfield, a staff member on the till was sworn at and threatened with violence by a white male, late 40’s, 5-08”, slim build, balding very short dark hair, clean shaven, speaking with a Scottish accent, grey jumper, blue jeans, black shoes. ASB At 10.18pm on Friday 24 January in Priestsic Road, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of a group of around seven, white, 13/15 year old females in MacDonald’s restaurant, jumping on tables, swearing at staff and customers, making racist comments to a staff member and refusing to leave. At 2.23pm on Saturday 25 January in Langton Court, Mill Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of two rough sleepers in a cubby hole behind the top set of flats near where the bins are stored. At 10.48am on Monday 27 January in Low Street, Sutton in Ashfield, a report of a number of homeless people in a private car park defecating and taking drugs, making the staff using the car park fearful.
