Hello Resident  just thought I would give you some information about a public service event that some of our volunteers are hosting on Tuesday 11th February in North Walsham

 As you may know, across the country, within the next year, all of our telephone landlines will be converted to digital speech. British Telecom, have requested our assistance, at various venues across the County to provide some assistance and guidance to members of the public on what to expect when the change over occurs in your area. Although primarily aimed at BT customers (all telephone line suppliers will also have to change over as well) most of the information is generic and may well apply to your supplier also.
