Good Evening Rutland, 

After many hours of hard work and dedication from the Neighbourhood and response team three individuals have been arrested in relation to the multiple reports of shop thefts that have been occurring in Oakham. Two out of the three individuals have been given a prison sentence for the crimes they have committed. 

This is positive news for the Oakham Town and Barlythorpe beat and a great result for the Officers involved and their hard work. 

This evening officers and myself have been out in Oakham conducting plain clothed and mobile patrols, multiple vehicles and persons have been stopped and checked, im glad to report that nothing came from these stops which is positive for us 😊

I am going into my rest days so am back on duty next week, have a safe weekend and enjoy the weather
