I've been sent a message from a PCSO colleague to let me know a chap turned up at her Beat Surgery today hoping to see me and wanted to talk about motorbikes in Telegraph Woods. My colleague didn't get the chaps details. 

So I'm sending this to residents in Western Road, in the hope of finding out who this was.
