Last week, I attended Skinners' Kent Primary school to talk to a fabulous bunch of year 6 pupils about ‘The Age of Criminal Responsibility’. I had some great feedback from the pupils: I feel very informedI now know what to do if I am in a difficult situation. It will help me to be safe in the future. It gave me a good insight into the justice system.I found it really useful because some of the things we were taught I didn't already know. E.g. Pushing someone could be assault. It was an extra reminder of expectations. This now means that I have engaged with approximately 150 year 6 pupils during the last two weeks on this important topic!! My mission continues, The Wells Free School and Leigh Academy booked in my diary for next week. |
