Riverside beat weekly snapshot: 📸

The team have been out again reminding residents about keeping windows and doors locked, especially at night time to help prevent burglaries! Unfortunately, we've had more reports this week around Jarrom Street, Windermere Street, Grange Lane and Grasmere Street. 🏡

PC Hegarty and PC Culverwell have detained and arrested 3 people for shoplifting from the Riverside beat and the city centre. 🚔

An offender trying car doors at the LRI was identified after initially giving false details to police. He has since been charged with vehicle interference and  recalled to prison. 🏥

PC Clark has been working with the council to resolve ongoing issues between neighbours. A joint approach has proved effective with all parties happy with the result. 😁

PC Hegarty identified 3 people involved in burgling vulnerable people in a block of flats. They have since been charged and remanded to be seen by the courts. 👮🏼

As always, our DMU officer and LRI officer have been linking in with their respective organisations developing intelligence and identifying offenders. 👏🏼
