Aldridge & Brownhills Neighbourhood Team News

Good Evening residents,

This set of shifts our joint teams have been busy out in our communities,

Our newest PCSO, Adam Haughton, has delivered a personal safety talk to residents at Hawthorns Aldridge, which is a local care home. Our team of PCSO's joined him and chatted with the residents over a cuppa, hearing about some of the residents interesting life experiences, including during World War Two.

A joint partnership meeting took place to discuss tackling the antisocial issue of off road bikes cross border between Brownhills & Norton Canes. West Midlands Police staff including local Neighbourhood Team, Staffordshire Police staff, Walsall Council and local land owners were in attendance.

Reassurance patrols due to reports of youth antisocial behaviour have taken place across Pelsall, Walsall Wood & Brownhills areas, including Pelsall High Street, surrounding streets and the Commons. Also, Brownhills High Street, Brownhills Community Centre, KFC & Oak Park in Walsall Wood, working together with community safety officers and local businesses to alleviate this problem.

Reassurance patrols and CCTV trawls have been carried out by our team of Police Officers & PCSO's, across Pheasey, Brownhills and Walsall Wood in order to solve crimes, including vehicle crime, criminal damage and shoplifting.

If you have concerns regarding crime, antisocial behaviour or suspicious activity in your area, please get in touch via 101 or WMP Online webchat. Our team can also be contacted through our team email accounts for non urgent issues,
