PCSO Ashley and PCSO Stirling have been on patrols this lovely sunny morning and had a look at the water levels at the ford, WALCOT lane Pershore.  Unfortunately the signage had been removed to the side of the embankments, despite the level of water being very high still.  Pershore Safer Neighbourhood Team would like to remind everyone of the dangers of entering such water and whilst drivers think that they may be ok to get through, you are at risk of getting stuck in the water in or out of the vehicle.  Your safety is of most importance and whilst we appreciate it may take some time off your journey in the long run the chances are, entering these types of fast flowing water will put your safety at risk.  As you can see from the picture I took this morning, it is still very deep in the centre.
