I am delighted that you have formed a new Neighbourhood Watch Scheme and I am writing to welcome you to the West Gloucestershire Neighbourhood Watch Association.  I am the Chair of the committee and we are responsible for coordinating and helping schemes.  Do feel free to contact me if you have any queries.

Your scheme is now "approved" and you will be receiving shortly emails about the "Knowledge Hub" that you may find useful and the new members' booklet that is produced for the County of Gloucestershire for all schemes.  

There are also some NHW stickers that members may find useful (and which I can send to you) and we sell security items, such as 24 hour timers, personal alarms, car alarms and a range of things designed to deter thieves and help to keep people safe.

There are a number of people in Templeway that are registered as Neighbourhood Watch members and could be in your scheme.  I will contact them and let you know their details as soon as possible.

I would love to introduce myself in person.  Do you plan to hold any meeting for you and your members?  if so, I am happy to join that and explain how the Neighbourhood Watch works in the Forest of Dean, of which you are now a part.
